EU patient
If you are owner of EU health insurance card or certificate replacing it or E112 form for planned medical care, we can provide your registration by one of the czech health insurance companies. This insurance company will cover medical expenses for your treatment. You can find more information on this topic at www.cmu.cz. For the registration we charge the fee 150 CZK. You can avoid from paying the registration fee by arranging the registration directly in any public insurance company on your own immediately after your arrival in Czech Republic. As deductible (obligatory contribution according Act 48/1997, § 16) you will pay 30 CZK (or 60 CZK in emergency regime). EU patients with no EU card or replacement form are under the same rules as the patients from other countries.
