Brief description of the project:
The subject of the proposed measures leading to a reduction in the energy demand of the building is the insulation of the vertical perimeter structures, the insulation of the roofs, the replacement of opening fillings, the installation of external movable shading elements and the overall reconstruction of the lighting system.
The goal of the project is to save primary energy from non-renewable sources, reduce the final energy consumption for building operation and decrease the production of greenhouse gas emissions into the air. During the implementation of the project, at least 70% of the construction and demolition waste will be prepared for reuse or recycling.
