The Mayor of the Municipal District of Prague 5 in accordance with § 34, paragraph 1 letter a) and § 34 paragraph 3, Act. c. 275/2012 Coll., on the election of the President of the Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on the Election of the President of the Republic),
announces:
1/ The election of the President of the Republic will take place
on January 27, 2023 /Friday/ from 14.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m.
on January 28, 2023 /Saturday/ from 08.00:14.00 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.

The polling station for walk-in patients will be open
on January 27, 2023 /Friday/ from 15.00 p.m. to 17.00 p.m.
on January 28, 2023 /Saturday/ from 10.00:12.00 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.
For bedridden patients – a visit to the committee with a portable ballot box.
3/ Every citizen of the Czech Republic who has reached the age of 18 at least on the second election day has the right to vote in the election of the President of the Republic. Voters will be allowed to vote after proving their identity and legal citizenship of the Czech Republic (with a valid ID card or passport of the Czech Republic).
If the voter does not prove his identity and valid citizenship of the Czech Republic, he will not be allowed to vote.
A voter who is not entered in the extract from the permanent list of voters and who proves his right to vote in the electoral district, the precinct election commission will make an additional entry in the extract from the permanent list of voters and allow him to vote.
A voter who came to the polling station with a voter's card is obliged to hand this card over to the district election commission.
4/ On election day, the voter will receive ballots in the polling station.
