BASIC INFORMATION ON THE ANTIGENIC COLLECTION POINT

It is necessary to order the examination electronically here on the Motol University Hospital website. One date is always for one person only!
The examination cannot be performed without prior order and the patient will have to leave the collection point immediately.

Samples are analyzed on site and collected by nasopharyngeal swab.

What to take with you?

insurance card
proof of identity
possible confirmation of permanent residence and health insurance in the Czech Republic

How and when will you know the result?

the result of the examination will be communicated to you in person upon request approximately 30 minutes after collection, in which case you must remain on the premises of the collection workplace.
If you do not request notification of the result after collection, the result will reach you no later than 60 minutes after collection via SMS * and it is no longer necessary to remain at the collection point.

If the POC antigen test is positive, you will be issued an electronic RT-PCR request (confirmation test), which you are required to undergo without delay (at any Covid-19 PCR site).
