If this is the case, then our hospital ombudsman is here to resolve such issues. The hospital ombudsman strives to ensure smooth communication between patients, their loved ones and MUH employees when patients feel a need to exercise their rights. The hospital ombudsman is here to resolve complaints, requests and other queries whilst avoiding conflict as much as possible, with the aim of finding a solution that is suitable for all parties involved. MUH employees can also contact the ombudsman in full confidence when resolving interpersonal conflicts.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<!-- \/Text block H1 -->\n\n<!-- Text block - blue background -->\n<div class=\"content blue\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-delay=\"50\">\n            <h2>The role of the hospital ombudsman:<\/h2>\n                <div>\n            <ul>\n<li>To ensure the protection of patients&#8217; rights.<\/li>\n<li>To improve the quality of the health services provided and to maximise patient satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>To mediate between the public and healthcare professionals, between patients\u2019 expectations and hospital capacities &#8211; to find a path that is acceptable to all those concerned.<\/li>\n<li>The ombudsman acts independently, whilst being in direct contact with hospital management and the management of individual healthcare facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<!-- \/Text block - blue background    <div>\n            <p><strong>The MUH ombudsman is primarily here for the following cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>when you believe that your rights, or the rights of your loved ones, have been infringed or threatened;<\/li>\n<li>when a conflict has arisen or is likely to arise in the workplace in connection with providing health services or activities related to health services;<\/li>\n<li>when communication between the parties involved breaks down and it is necessary to resolve the matter impartially.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to contact the hospital ombudsman
