Discovery Award 2015 for MUDr. Ester Mejstříková
MUDr. Ester Mejstříková, Ph.D., from the Department of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology, won this year's Discovery Award for her work on a project entitled "Pediatric Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with Line Shifting"
The price Discovery is awarded annually by Novartis to young people researchers under the age of 40 who have made an exceptional shift in research in medicine and pharmacy. The company wants to support and stimulate bold and innovative actions that mean benefits for patients in improving their quality of life, to point out the innovative potential of the Czech healthcare and pharmacy, to support in particular young generation of researchers and motivate them to continue working in the Czech Republic.
