As part of the program, we offer patients a comprehensive spectrum of coloproctology care in outpatient and inpatient settings. We perform all procedures in the field of colon and rectal surgery for benign and malignant diagnoses. We cooperate in joint diagnoses with other programs of the clinic and with experts from other clinical departments (internal medicine, oncology, gynecology, urology, radiology, spondylosurgery, RHB) and thus provide patients with extensive comprehensive specialized care in one center. We perform surgical procedures as standard using modern laparoscopic and transanal mini-invasive approaches.
In 2018, we started a program of robotic rectal and colon resections.
We specialize in transanal microsurgery in the treatment of large polyposis lesions
and early stages of rectal cancer using an operative rectoscope.
The results of the coloproctology division are internally audited by the management of the coloproctology dispensary.
In the outpatient clinic, we offer patients diagnosis and therapy of benign anorectal conditions (anal fissures, fistulas, abscesses, hemorrhoids)

- Benign affections of the anorectum (fissures, fistulas, abscesses, hemorrhoids, sphincter lesions)
- Defecation disorders (rectoceles, sigmoidoceles, enteroceles)
- Colon and rectal surgery for benign diagnoses (adenomas, non-specific intestinal inflammation, diverticular disease, constipation syndromes)
- Colon and rectal surgery for malignant diagnoses (robotic and laparoscopic)
- TEM in endoscopically intractable polyps and early rectal cancers
- Combined procedures with gynecologists in advanced endometriosis
- Combined procedures for malignant diagnoses involving multiple organ systems (urology, gynecology, spondylosurgery)
